If you are new to massage, our first session takes about an hour..... first 10-15m is for us to chat about your expectations and goals (what, if anything, hurts and how I can help), then we will have a 45-50m session and then wrap up with a chat about how the session went and how I can help you going forward.
If you have had massage before..... our chat time may be more or less depending on your needs/goals and you can choose from a half hour or one hour session.
